The Fork
Virtual Improv Book Club
D Cohen writes the setup: a room, a few people, something unresolved on the table. What happens next isn't written yet — because that depends on you. Six weeks, one story in three acts, no ending in sight until the room decides. Every plot takes a fork. This one belongs to the club.
Here's how it works: each Monday a new chapter arrives — 1,000 to 2,000 words, a five-to-seven minute read. Enter the forum, respond to the prompts, see where the other members want the story to go. Thursday is the cutoff. The room locks, D Cohen reads what the club created, and the next chapter gets written from that. Story Director D Cohen is in the forum throughout: visible, reading, and building the story in real time alongside you.
Six weeks. Three acts. One story that doesn't exist yet.
